What this Service Covers

Our Registration & Mobilisation service provides a complete end-to-end setup for new children’s homes and supported accommodation providers. We take on all provider duties required before registration, managing the entire process from initial planning to pre-registration readiness. This includes securing planning permission, developing policies, recruiting the full staff team, establishing governance systems and preparing all documentation needed for a successful registration.
We offer three package levels depending on the level of support required: targeted registration support, a full mobilisation package or an enhanced end-to-end service where Ukemi acts as your provisional management team until the home is ready to operate. Each package removes pressure from providers by ensuring all regulatory, operational and compliance tasks are delivered on their behalf.
